Description

You will design and communicate core ICT systems architecture, set standards across design/development/quality/testing, and ensure interoperability and interfaces between on-premises and cloud systems. The role includes translating business, users, and technical needs into architectures, analyzing existing systems and solutions, and maintaining architecture throughout the systems lifecycle. You will also size development efforts for core ICT platforms and contribute to enterprise architecture repository artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Define standards for design, development, quality, and testing

• Design and communicate ICT system architecture

• Architect interoperability and interfaces between on-premises and cloud systems

• Elicit and analyze requirements; translate needs into architectural designs

• Map business goals, benefits, priorities, components, and system features

• Analyze existing systems, applications, and services; identify solution options

• Maintain and track architecture across the systems lifecycle

• Estimate and size software development work for core ICT systems and platforms

• Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management

• Prepare system documentation and deliver presentations

• Lead development teams and development processes

• Select and evaluate technologies

• Collect and interpret system metrics; optimize for performance, security, and quality

• Contribute to Enterprise Architecture repository artifacts (e.g., ICT Baseline, Technology catalogue)

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (EQF Level 7)

• English proficiency: B2 (CEFR)

• Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience

• Minimum 5 years in a similar position

• Required certifications: at least 2 among VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), Iasa Architect CITA-A (or equivalent internationally recognized alternative)

• Demonstrated experience as key architect for at least 2 enterprise-wide ICT migrations and core IT deployments

• Expert in hybrid systems architecting

• Expert in enterprise-level core ICT systems design

• Expert in capacity planning and security of integration platform capabilities
