Description

You will design and build Microsoft Azure cloud environments for the development, integration, and operation of AI solutions and modern applications. The role includes implementing an Azure landing zone (identity, networking, security, monitoring, governance), automating delivery with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, and defining standards for secure, reliable, and cost-effective operations. You will also coordinate cross-team work and gradually take on technical leadership for the cloud team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure for AI and modern applications
• Develop and integrate cloud services, APIs, and AI platform components
• Implement a cloud landing zone including identity, networking, security, monitoring, and governance
• Automate infrastructure delivery using IaC and CI/CD
• Define operating standards for secure, reliable, and cost-effective cloud services
• Collaborate across AI, development, operations, and security teams
• Coordinate cloud activities, share knowledge, and mentor colleagues

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud or software engineering, including application development and deployment
• Advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including design and implementation of cloud solutions
• Proven ability to independently create APIs, backend services, or integration components (preferably in Python)
• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions such as LLM integrations, RAG, or model-serving services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and containerization; familiarity with Terraform or Bicep
• Ability to collaborate across teams and own technical decisions and priorities
• Interest in mentoring and gradually leading the cloud team
