Description

Provide primary and acute care as a primary care provider for patients across the housing spectrum, including in-home, community, and outpatient settings. Deliver same-day care, demonstrate clinical competence across diagnosis and emergencies, and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with mid-level providers and participate in process improvement and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• MD (or equivalent) from an approved allopathic/osteopathic program
• Current full, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Completed residency training (approved pathway)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Pass pre-employment physical and background/security investigation
• U.S. citizenship (with limited exceptions)
• Selective Service registration for eligible males
