Role Description

Serve as an AI/ML engineer focused on language model development and deployment, including multilingual model work. Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and integrate ML models into production, while contributing to full-stack application and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning models, especially language models
• Apply best practices for model training, tuning, and optimization
• Design solutions to improve model performance
• Perform rigorous model evaluation, benchmarking, and performance analysis
• Conduct error analysis, debugging, and model diagnostics
• Deploy and scale models using cloud-based AI platforms (especially AWS SageMaker)
• Integrate models into production environments and other systems
• Contribute to full-stack engineering for AI model-based applications (front-end and back-end)
• Collaborate to build scalable and efficient deployment pipelines
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Document workflows, model designs, and technical specifications
