Description

Experienced Applications/Software Developer needed to build and maintain back-end, server-side applications and APIs. Strong expertise is required in scripting, Microsoft web and .NET technologies, SQL Server reporting/integration, and Linux/Windows systems administration, with cloud development experience in AWS and/or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support server-side back-end functionality and APIs

• Apply advanced scripting and automation using PowerShell and other scripting languages

• Work with Microsoft IIS/.NET/ADO and SQL Server technologies including SSRS and SSIS

• Perform development and operations in Linux/Windows environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Minimum 6 years of related experience

• Extensive scripting capability: PowerShell/Power-CLI, JavaScript, Python, Perl scripts, and Bash

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft IIS, .NET, and ADO

• Ability to code in Python and write PowerShell scripts

• Advanced knowledge of MSSQL, SSRS, and SSIS, including writing complete SQL statements

• Systems administration experience (Linux, Windows, and variants)

• Back-end/server-side development including APIs

• Development experience with AWS and/or MS Azure
