Description

Lead cross-functional strategy and business operations to accelerate growth and scaling for AI Labs’ businesses, initially embedding with Fin to remove barriers to growth. Codify a repeatable scaling playbook and serve as a trusted Chief of Staff to AI Labs leadership, driving structured initiatives through ambiguity. Rotate across acquisitions and other priority initiatives to evolve the operating model and execution approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution to identify and resolve the highest-impact barriers to Fin’s growth
• Lead complex initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
• Define decisions, owners, dependencies, milestones, and escalation paths to create clarity
• Mobilize teams around shared business outcomes and maintain accountability through execution
• Help Fin leverage Salesforce distribution, customer relationships, product ecosystem, and operating capabilities
• Step into gaps where ownership is ambiguous and drive work forward

Build & apply the AI Labs scaling playbook

• Codify lessons from scaling Fin into a repeatable model for future acquisitions and emerging businesses
• Define how acquired businesses should leverage Salesforce capabilities while retaining autonomy
• Develop repeatable approaches across GTM, operating models, governance, decision making, and cross-functional execution
• Apply and evolve the playbook after the initial Fin work

Chief of Staff & strategic initiatives

• Support and prioritize AI Labs leadership agenda and focus on initiatives with greatest business impact
• Lead high-priority strategic and ad hoc initiatives requiring senior-level ownership and coordination
• Drive leadership operating rhythms, decision forums, and follow-through
• Support leadership prioritization and V2MOM execution

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across strategy, business operations, product or GTM strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles (enterprise SaaS/AI preferred)
• Track record of turning high-ambiguity, zero-to-one problems into structured strategies and executable operating plans
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operating instincts
• Commercial and financial acumen across market strategy, product decisions, GTM execution, operating metrics, and investment trade-offs
• Exceptional executive communication skills for advising and influencing senior executives
• Ability to lead through influence in highly matrixed environments
• Builder mindset: create structure where none exists and energize operating models still being defined
• Experience with acquisitions, post-acquisition growth, business integration, or scaling new businesses within a larger enterprise (strongly preferred)
