Description

Pediatrician needed for an outpatient pediatric practice in Othello, Washington with a weekday schedule (4 or 5 days). You’ll provide primary, acute, and chronic pediatric care, maintain accurate patient records, and coordinate limited hospital call coverage and inpatient care. The position offers a competitive compensation package including salary, productivity incentives, quality bonuses, sign-on/relocation support, PTO, CME/license allowance, and loan repayment/forgiveness options.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary, acute, and chronic patient care, including ambulatory clinical care and emergency care as needed

• Maintain patient rapport and provide equitable care regardless of race, creed, color, sex, or socioeconomic status

• Deliver clinic duties for agreed weekly hours (flexible to support hospital duties and continued education)

• Maintain full active hospital privileges at Othello Community Hospital

• Provide scheduled call coverage and inpatient care on weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (coordinated and approved by the Medical Director)

• Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records according to medical records protocol

• Meet continuing medical education (CME) requirements and coordinate scheduling with the Medical Director

• Participate in the Health Care Provider Quality Assurance Peer Review Program

• Attend staff conferences and medical meetings

• Provide consultation to other providers and leadership as needed

• Uphold confidentiality for CBHA activities, reports, financials, patient health information, and proprietary information

• Promote a positive work culture and uphold clinic policies (including WE CARE standards)
