Description

Seeking a Primary Care Physician for a community health center in Chatsworth, Georgia. The physician will be part of a primary care team, working closely with other physicians plus behavioral health, clinical, and support staff in a team-based approach. This is a four-day clinical workweek with light call responsibilities and a compensation model designed to avoid high-volume patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care as a family physician

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary primary care team (physicians, behavioral health, clinical, and support staff)

• Participate in light call coverage

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school

• Active Georgia medical license

• Active BLS/CPR

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
