Description

Provide patient-centered anesthesia care within a physician-led group delivering inpatient and outpatient services across multiple specialties. This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position with a hybrid compensation model to support strong earning potential. Coverage includes broad anesthesia and regional skills and case types including OB, vascular, spine, orthopedic, thoracic, and pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia with a teamwork- and equality-based practice philosophy
• Collaborate with a group of 10 anesthesiologists
• Provide coverage across the main campus inpatient/mother-baby unit and inpatient/outpatient surgery
• Work the primary call schedule (1:8)
• Perform general anesthesia and required regional anesthesia services without CRNA supervision

Requirements

• Active IN State License or IMLC
• Board Certified or Board Eligible; if Board Eligible, obtain certification within 5 years of residency
• ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
• BLS required for all specialties
• Ability to perform the posting’s mandatory anesthesiology skills
• Ability to cover the posting’s mandatory case categories
