Description

You will ensure that computer systems used in Quality Control meet validation, quality, and correct documentation requirements. You will coordinate computer system and laboratory equipment validations, support implementation and changes (including global solutions), and collaborate with QC, IT, R&D, and other teams. You will also support audits and updates to procedures and related quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate validation of computer systems and laboratory equipment, including associated documentation
• Contribute to implementation and changes of computer systems, including global solutions
• Ensure systems and their documentation meet quality, SVP, and requirements from regulatory authorities
• Work with QC, IT, R&D, and other teams on system and validation topics
• Participate in audits, procedure updates, and other quality-related documentation activities

Requirements

• University degree in a natural science or technical field (e.g., chemistry, natural sciences, engineering, IT)
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new applications and processes
• Meticulous and systematic approach; comfort with documentation
• Ability to communicate across teams and coordinate assigned tasks and changes
• CSV/validation, quality, pharmaceutical environment, or regulated systems experience is an advantage
