Description

You will work in a small internal cybersecurity team handling technical security checks and continuously improving the organization’s cyber security level. The role includes designing, reviewing, and developing cyber security processes and rules, performing IT security configuration controls and audits, and assessing IT projects from a cybersecurity perspective. You will also identify security risks, propose measures, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet security standards and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve the company’s cybersecurity level

• Propose, review, and develop cybersecurity processes and rules

• Perform security configuration checks and audits for IT systems and technologies according to internal and external requirements

• Identify security risks, propose mitigations, and collaborate on their resolution

• Evaluate IT projects from a cybersecurity standpoint and oversee implementation of security requirements

• Work with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with security standards and legislative requirements

Requirements

• Secondary school or university education in information technology

• IT experience, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity

• Communicative knowledge of English

• User-level knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Independent and responsible approach to work
