Description

You will design and develop enterprise-scale software solutions across frontend and backend technologies, using modern microservices and micro frontends. As a senior team member, you will contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, support architectural decisions, mentor teams, and help deliver scalable, secure, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the system
• Lead development teams and set software development standards
• Translate requirements into design
• Optimize software for performance, security, and quality
• Produce technical documentation and prototypes
• Estimate effort and time for development
• Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical problems
• Collect and interpret software metrics
• Manage configuration and releases
• Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment
• Test solutions and develop testing tools
• Act as 2nd and 3rd line support

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Senior Full-Stack Developer, Lead Developer, or equivalent
• Practical experience designing and developing micro frontends and/or microservices
• Expertise in design patterns across object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
• Frontend: Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS
• Backend/BFF: Node.js and NestJS (or alternative JavaScript frameworks)
• Backend: .NET and C#
• Relational and non-relational database experience (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server)
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Experience with automated and unit testing
• CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and containers-based development environments (e.g., OpenShift)
• Knowledge of UML and ability to design applications in UML
• Ability to document technical solutions and lead technical teams
• Education: at least EQF Level 6 (Bachelor’s or equivalent); ICT-related education not required
• EU Member State citizenship
• English proficiency at least B2 (certificate required)
• Willingness to obtain a Confidential Security Clearance; security screening initiated within first 45 days
