Description

You will implement, configure, and operate IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and related components to enable secure, compliant, and resilient file transfer for enterprise-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and operate IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and components including Connect:Direct, External Authentication Server, Secure Proxy, and Control Center
• Manage file transfer protocols: sFTP, AS2, HTTPS
• Administer and support Windows and Linux environments to maintain high availability and performance
• Support vulnerability remediation and perform application upgrades for security and stability
• Execute disaster recovery exercises (DRE) to validate business continuity
• Support change implementations, including occasional work outside regular hours if needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize processes and share best practices

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a similar enterprise role
• Practical expertise with IBM Sterling File Gateway and/or Connect:Direct and related components (External Authentication Server, Secure Proxy)
• Strong knowledge of sFTP, AS2, and HTTPS
• System administration skills on both Windows and Linux
• Fluent English (interviews conducted fully in English)
• Legal right to work in the European Union
