Description

You will build, optimize, and maintain production data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric as part of an international program to modernize and stabilize an enterprise data platform. The work includes implementing efficient incremental loading (CDC/watermarking), developing Lakehouse/Warehouse solutions with PySpark and advanced SQL, and integrating ERP sources such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain production data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric

• Implement incremental loading mechanisms (incremental loading/CDC/watermarking)

• Work with Lakehouse/Warehouse architecture, including Delta table management and Bronze/Silver/Gold layer optimization

• Create and optimize data transformations using PySpark and advanced SQL

• Integrate data from ERP systems (especially SAP and Microsoft Dynamics)

• Set up monitoring, logging, alerting, and provide day-to-day incident/error handling for production pipelines

• Collaborate with Recovery Lead, Data Quality, and Governance teams within the stabilization program

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in data engineering

• Proven, documented experience delivering production solutions in Microsoft Fabric

• Strong SQL and PySpark for production use

• Ability to design Fabric Lakehouse and Fabric Warehouse models and processes

• Practical experience with incremental loading strategies and large data optimization

• Experience implementing monitoring/telemetry and troubleshooting pipeline incidents

• Experience integrating ERP data sources

• English proficiency at B2/C1 or higher
