Description

You will define business solutions by translating insurance client challenges into process optimization and concrete organizational and technology approaches. You will map and assess opportunities for AI/GenAI adoption, design innovative scalable solutions, and develop Target Operating Models integrating modern core systems with advanced analytics. You will also contribute to regulatory-adapted transformation plans (e.g., DORA, EU AI Act) through proposal and program development.

Responsibilities

• Define business solutions (process optimization; organizational and technological approaches)
• Perform business and technology analysis and coordinate proposal/partnership preparation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key insurance stakeholders
• Identify AI/GenAI implementation areas by proactively mapping insurance processes (including claims handling)
• Develop and scale modern insurance technologies, including AI/GenAI-based innovations
• Design Target Operating Models for insurers (especially property claims handling) integrating core systems with advanced analytics
• Build a technology ecosystem through partnerships and integration strategies with external vendors (InsurTech, modern estimation systems)
• Set technology transformation directions compliant with upcoming regulations (e.g., DORA, EU AI Act)
• Prepare offers: develop collaboration proposals and end-to-end transformation programs
• Support IT modernization by advising on rebuilding IT systems (from infrastructure to central systems) and adapting processes to market and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Experience gained directly in an insurance company or in work with insurance clients (business, operational, or IT)
• Very good knowledge of insurance industry business processes and/or technology solutions
• Minimum 3–5 years in external or internal consulting
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI solutions and awareness of their practical application for optimizing insurance processes
• Experience collaborating effectively and building client relationships
• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technology solutions
• English and Polish proficiency enabling smooth communication
• Ability to work in a team, support colleagues, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
• Additional advantage: experience implementing core insurance systems (e.g., transaction, policy, claims systems)
