Description

Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic advisory to define technology and AI transformation strategies for insurance organizations. Validate AI-powered solution strategies on enterprise cloud platforms and drive AI transformation initiatives, including GenAI tooling adoption and developer productivity solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts into business-value narratives for C-level stakeholders while aligning solutions with EU insurance and data regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage C-level stakeholders to define technology and AI transformation strategies

• Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic advisory sessions

• Translate technical concepts into clear business-value narratives

• Validate and shape AI-powered solution strategies on enterprise cloud platforms

• Drive AI transformation initiatives (GenAI tooling adoption, developer productivity solutions)

• Recommend cloud architecture patterns aligned with GDPR, DORA, and Solvency II

• Enable internal AI capabilities (GenAI enablement programs, ROI measurement frameworks)

• Support business development by identifying new opportunities in European and Polish insurance markets

• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, client interviews, and growth strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry or consulting experience; 5+ years with Azure, AWS, or GCP

• AI strategy expertise and hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM-based enterprise deployments

• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven design, DevSecOps, CI/CD)

• Familiarity with AI lifecycle in SDLC, including prompt engineering and governance frameworks

• Understanding of the insurance value chain (P&C, Life, Reinsurance) and related regulatory landscapes

• Understanding of EU and Polish compliance frameworks (GDPR, DORA, Solvency II, KNF)

• Consulting experience including RFP support, business case design, and executive workshop facilitation

• Excellent communication skills; ability to influence C-level stakeholders

• Fluent English; Polish is an advantage

• Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 30–40%)
