Description

You will analyze portfolio and budget data (including CAPEX and OPEX), perform forecasting and variance analysis, and translate results into clear reports and recommendations for management. You’ll build and develop management reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI, consolidate and validate data from multiple sources, and ensure data quality and consistency.

You will also support portfolio performance monitoring and the investment prioritization process, collaborating with business, technology, and PMO teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio and budget data, including CAPEX and OPEX; perform forecasting and variance analysis
• Create and improve management reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI
• Consolidate and verify data from multiple sources; maintain data quality and consistency
• Draw insights from data and prepare recommendations for stakeholders
• Monitor portfolio results and support investment prioritization
• Collaborate with business, technology, and PMO teams

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, or PMO
• Advanced Excel knowledge (complex models, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from Junior to C-level
• Fluent English for daily communication
• Ability to work independently
