Description

You’ll build and continuously improve a donor-facing mobile application for a regulated plasma donation management SaaS. Focus areas include push notification logic with deep-links, an in-app inbox with notification preferences (GDPR opt-in/out), and a paperless center, plus ongoing modernization and testing. The team uses AI to generate work, and you lead/review outputs critically.

Responsibilities

• Implement push message registration, triggers (reservations, reminders, campaigns), and CTA/deep-links; handle foreground and background processing

• Build an in-app inbox (read/unread, message details, menu badges) and manage notification preferences with GDPR compliance

• Develop and maintain a paperless center

• Modernize the app stack (e.g., Capacitor upgrades, React Router migration) and improve test coverage and quality

Requirements

• Solid React + TypeScript

• Experience with Ionic/Capacitor (or React Native with willingness to switch) and experience with mobile releases (App Store / Play Console), including signing and provisioning

• Push notification and messaging experience with FCM/APNs

• Deep-links implementation and offline/sync-oriented thinking

• Clean REST/OpenAPI API integration

• React Query and state management experience
