Description

You will support day-to-day company IT operations by handling user requests, maintaining end-user devices, and managing accounts and access. The position includes administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and internal systems, as well as maintaining infrastructure such as Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and Docker. You will also resolve technical issues, install and configure software, and gradually participate in additional IT projects.

Requirements

• Orientation in IT infrastructure, operating systems, and networking
• Practical experience with Windows Server and basic knowledge of Linux
• Basic knowledge of virtualization and awareness of Docker
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Ability to independently handle routine technical problems
• Communicative, patient, and willing to help colleagues
• Desire to learn new technologies and take on greater responsibility over time
• Czech at an excellent level; English at least B1
