MDE/MDI Deployment Coordinator

Description

You will coordinate deployment waves for MDE and MDI, ensuring countries and technical teams are ready and that activities stay aligned with milestones and timelines. You will manage deployment plans, dependencies, risks, readiness/progress, and provide clear status reporting to programme management. You will facilitate deployment meetings during production rollout and support the transition from pilot to large-scale production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MDE and MDI deployment waves across multiple countries and domains
• Work with the global core team, regional/local IT teams, Microsoft, and external suppliers
• Manage deployment plans, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and actions using Azure DevOps
• Facilitate deployment meetings and daily stand-ups during production deployment
• Monitor readiness and progress across local teams
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints; escalate delivery issues when needed
• Provide status reports, actions, ownership, and deadlines to programme management
• Coordinate change and communication activities with local teams
• Support the transition from pilot activities into large-scale production deployment

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar delivery role
• Experience managing IT Infrastructure projects, ideally involving cybersecurity
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple activities, dependencies, and priorities simultaneously
• At least 1–2 years of practical Agile delivery coordination experience
• Good practical knowledge of Azure DevOps for project/workstream management
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Confidence facilitating meetings and communicating with senior stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills, autonomy, and a delivery-focused mindset
