Description

The Project Manager (MDE/MDI Deployment Coordinator) coordinates deployment waves for Microsoft Defender across multiple countries and domains, ensuring projects are delivered on time and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Defender (MDE/MDI) deployment waves for assigned countries and management domains
• Coordinate activities between global teams, local IT teams, Microsoft, and third-party suppliers
• Maintain deployment wave plans, milestones, and delivery information in Azure DevOps
• Run deployment-phase meetings, including daily stand-ups
• Monitor readiness and progress versus deployment plans
• Proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies
• Provide clear status updates to program management with actions and deadlines
• Oversee change management and communication activities
• Support the transition from pilot to large-scale production deployment

Requirements

• 4-5 years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams
• 1-2 years of Agile delivery coordination, specifically with Azure DevOps
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
