Description

You will work at the interface of Sales and Delivery to clarify customer business needs and translate them into an initial solution concept. The role includes defining scope and assumptions, validating technical feasibility, estimating effort/costs, identifying risks, and supporting sales in preparing proposals and running client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Validate and/or refine the customer problem and requirements

• Develop an initial solution idea (scope, assumptions, and delivery conditions)

• Identify technical, project, and organizational risks

• Provide preliminary estimates in collaboration with technical teams

• Support the preparation of the client offer

• Join client meetings: translate technical topics into simple language and support discussion of scope, implementation approach, and solution costs

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in IT or consulting

• Experience working between IT and business

• Basic knowledge of IT solution design

• Experience with medium and large clients

• Ability to work with project and technical documentation

• Basic understanding of technologies used in IT projects

• Ability to design solutions at a general level

• Ability to estimate effort and solution complexity

• Understanding of technical and organizational constraints

• Ability to assess risks

• Understanding customer problems and their business impact

• Value-focused approach (not only functions or technology)

• Strong client communication: ask the right questions and explain complex topics simply

• Polish (C2) and English (C1)
