Description

You will work on ML and GenAI deliverables end-to-end—from needs analysis, to PoC implementation, and quality testing—and collaborate with teams deploying your solutions in products and services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in AI technology projects for both internal use and clients
• Develop ML and GenAI solutions from requirements analysis to PoC implementation and quality tests
• Collaborate with implementation teams to integrate your solutions into products and services

Requirements

• Higher education in IT/analytics/math or a related field
• Programming skills in C#, Python, and SQL (3+ years of commercial experience)
• Basic knowledge of ML and Data Science
• Practical knowledge of NLP and GenAI topics, especially IR, RAG, LLM, MCP
• Eagerness to develop and follow latest AI achievements
• Fluent Polish
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and strong analytical skills
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with developer teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
