Description

You will maintain and optimize existing ASP.NET MVC 5 applications, build modern RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core, and actively participate in migrating legacy systems to modern .NET. The role focuses on reducing technical debt and improving performance and reliability while supporting platform migrations from on-premise to Azure and integrating third-party APIs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize ASP.NET MVC 5 applications
• Support and participate in migrating legacy applications to .NET Core
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
• Create, optimize, and maintain T-SQL procedures and functions
• Refactor code and systematically reduce technical debt in legacy system areas
• Participate in migrations from on-premise environments to the Azure cloud
• Work with Azure DevOps for software delivery and integrate with third-party APIs

Requirements

• Solid professional backend software development experience
• Knowledge of the .NET ecosystem: ASP.NET MVC 5, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework
• Strong MS SQL Server and fluent T-SQL programming skills
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Functions
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Clean Code principles, software architecture, and design patterns
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, jQuery)
• Fluent Polish and English for project communication
