Description

You will develop and evolve enterprise solutions on SharePoint on-premises (2019/Subscription Edition) using SPFx with React/TypeScript and PnPjs, including custom Web APIs in .NET/C# on IIS. The role includes integration with identity and external systems, performance optimization for list-based SharePoint solutions, and leading development activities within a Scrum team. You will translate business requirements into designs, optimize for performance, security and quality, and produce technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Proposes technical solutions for business needs and technical problems

• Collects and interprets software metrics

• Manages configuration and releases

• Contributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management and deployment

• Tests solutions and develops testing tools; acts as 2nd and 3rd line support

• Produces and maintains technical documentation

Requirements

• Advanced certificate in a software development technology domain (or an equivalent internationally recognized certification)

• Higher education

• At least 6 years of IT experience; at least 3 years in a similar position

• English B2

• Experience through at least 1 complete solution lifecycle

• UML knowledge and ability to design applications in UML

• Ability to design and develop data layer, business logic layer and UI layer

• Scrum development experience

• Ability to lead technical teams and document technical solutions effectively

• Proven SharePoint on-premises (2019/Subscription Edition) development with SPFx, React/TypeScript and PnPjs, plus custom .NET/C# Web APIs on IIS and SQL Server

• Experience taking over and evolving third-party code bases (code review, refactoring, technical-debt management, regression testing) in Scrum using Azure DevOps Boards/Repos and Pipelines with pull-request workflow

• Experience integrating line-of-business applications with identity and external systems (EU Login/SAML/Entra ID), REST APIs, notifications and document management; performance optimization of list-based SharePoint solutions

• Ability to work with business owners, analysts and testers on backlog refinement, estimation and acceptance; availability for knowledge transfer overlapping the last sprints of the current contractor (November 2026)
