Description

You will take over and further develop enterprise SharePoint on-premises line-of-business applications that use custom SPFx components and .NET Web APIs. The team will inherit a third-party codebase and work through knowledge transfer, then handle ongoing development, integration, refactoring, testing, and support. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and testers in Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint on-premises solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, and PnPjs

• Build and maintain custom .NET/C# Web APIs hosted on IIS with SQL Server

• Take over an existing codebase via code review, refactoring, technical debt management, and regression testing

• Integrate applications with identity and external systems (EU Login, SAML, Entra ID, REST APIs, notifications, document management)

• Optimize performance, security, and quality of list-based SharePoint solutions

• Translate requirements into technical design, using UML where needed

• Estimate effort, participate in backlog refinement, and support acceptance with business owners, analysts, and testers

• Guide technical work within the team, including code reviews and development standards

• Produce technical documentation and manage configuration and releases

• Act as 2nd and 3rd line support

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Software Developer

• Proven experience developing enterprise applications on SharePoint on-premises (2019 / Subscription Edition) with SPFx, React/TypeScript, and PnPjs

• Strong experience with .NET/C# Web APIs, IIS, and SQL Server

• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos with pull request workflow, Pipelines)

• Experience integrating with identity providers and external systems (SAML, Entra ID, REST APIs)

• Knowledge of UML and experience designing data, business logic, and UI layers

• At least one full solution lifecycle completed in a Scrum environment

• Ability to lead technical work within a team

• Advanced level certificate in software development (or internationally recognised equivalent)

• Very good English (minimum B2)

• EU citizenship and own business activity (B2B)

• Availability to start in mid-November 2026

• Bachelor’s degree (or 3 years of higher education)
