Quick Facts

Role: SharePoint Developer for a long-term annual contract with possibility to extend each year. Work model: remote with occasional on-site visits in Warsaw (max. 5 times per month), plus mandatory on-site onboarding (3 days) and offboarding (1 day). Start: mid-November 2026.

Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise applications that support day-to-day operations of teams at the Agency. The project emphasizes high standards for quality, security, and stability, and includes taking over and improving existing SharePoint solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take over and develop existing SharePoint applications (SPFx, React/TypeScript, PnPjs, .NET/C# Web API)
• Perform code reviews, refactor code, and manage technical debt
• Build and maintain regression tests
• Integrate with identity systems (EU Login, SAML, Entra ID) and external systems via REST APIs (notifications, document management)
• Optimize performance for SharePoint list-based solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and UML models
• Participate in backlog refinement, estimations, and acceptance with business owners, analysts, and testers
• Establish code quality and development process standards
• Collect and interpret software quality metrics
• Manage configuration and releases using Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines
• Prepare technical documentation
• Provide technical support for 2nd and 3rd line issues

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience (internship/practice and education do not count)
• Minimum 3 years of project experience as a SharePoint Developer, Software Developer, or similar
• Documented enterprise SharePoint on-premises experience (2019 / Subscription Edition) using SPFx, React/TypeScript, and PnPjs
• Practical knowledge of .NET/C#, Web API creation on IIS, and SQL Server
• Experience taking over and developing code written by others
• Scrum experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos with pull requests, Pipelines)
• Integration experience with identity systems (SAML, Entra ID; EU Login is welcome) and REST APIs
• Experience across the full system life cycle (analysis, design, implementation)
• Ability to design applications in UML
• Comfort working with the data layer, business logic, and UI
• Experience working with technical team practices
• Ability to document clearly so others can use it
• Ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders, analysts, and testers
• Formal: bachelor’s degree (min. licencjat) in IT or a related STEM field
• English level at least B2 (certificate or language audit; support available)
• Advanced certificate in software engineering technologies (e.g., Microsoft/.NET/SharePoint) or equivalent internationally recognized certification
• EU citizenship
• Consent to undergo RESTREINT/EU RESTRICTED security clearance if required (starts within first 45 days of cooperation and does not block work)
• KRK criminal record certificate issued no more than 6 months before start
