Description

Join an enterprise insurance project building backend services in Java and frontend components in React. You’ll design and deliver API and event-driven integrations in a distributed systems environment, while contributing to automated and integration testing. The development process includes using AI tools to support software creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications in Java and frontend features in React
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, events, and integration services
• Analyze business and technical requirements, then implement solutions
• Work with distributed and enterprise-class systems
• Develop automated tests and take part in integration tests
• Perform code reviews and collaborate with technical and business teams
• Use AI tools during the software development process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java
• Minimum 5 years with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Hibernate
• Minimum 3 years with Kafka
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL
• Experience creating frontend applications with React
• Knowledge of unit and integration tests (JUnit, Spock, Testcontainers, WireMock)
• Knowledge of containerization and distributed systems
• Knowledge of resilience mechanisms
• Ability to use AI tools in the development process
• English at least B2
