Description

You will join an international team to design, develop, deploy, and maintain web applications and backend services supporting Group Compliance processes. The platform is built with Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microsoft Azure using microservices and container-based architecture. You’ll collaborate with international teams to deliver new features, modernize existing solutions, and ensure high quality, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and React

• Translate functional and technical requirements into technical solutions

• Develop a cloud platform for compliance data ingestion, aggregation, processing, and analysis

• Design and implement microservices-based solutions on Microsoft Azure

• Write readable, efficient, reusable code following Clean Code principles

• Deploy, monitor, maintain, and optimize applications and services

• Improve CI/CD processes, environment management, and application configuration

• Use Azure services for creation, integration, security, and monitoring

• Design and develop integrations between systems and services

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience developing software applications and IT systems

• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot

• Practical experience building frontend applications with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Experience with design, development, testing, and maintenance of web applications and backend services

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure

• Practical experience with Azure services: Azure App Service or AKS, Azure Functions, Service Bus or Event Hubs, Key Vault, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Monitor/Application Insights, and Microsoft Entra ID

• Solid knowledge of SQL, JPA, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or Azure SQL)

• Experience building cloud-native applications based on microservices architecture

• Knowledge of application containerization with Docker

• Very good understanding of SDLC (analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance)
