• Location: Remote (Warsaw, Wrocław, or Poznań). Occasional office visits 1–2x/month.

Description

You will support banking projects in the AI/LLM domain by implementing, configuring, and integrating AI-SDLC tools across the software development lifecycle. You’ll design and build agentic workflows and multi-agent systems, integrate LLM solutions with existing organizational systems, and identify opportunities to automate and optimize the SDLC using AI. You’ll also evaluate AI-related solutions and deliver workshops/training on applying AI in software development.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer, including building scalable backend systems

• Knowledge of Java stack: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, REST, PostgreSQL, Git, Jira

• At least 1 year of production experience working with LLMs (deployment, integration, optimization)

• Practical experience using AI-SDLC tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, MCP, Copilot Extensions) and managing own/team workflows

• Experience defining standards for AI usage in software development and implementing improvements across the entire SDLC

• Experience with AI integration frameworks (e.g., Spring AI or LangChain4j)

• Strong experience integrating LLM model APIs

• Knowledge of embeddings and experience with vector databases

• Experience implementing and monitoring AI solutions with observability

• Knowledge of Specification-Driven Development

• Relevant higher education (CS, math, banking, or related)

• English level at least B2
