Description

Join a *long-term transformation programme* on the client side as an SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant. You will help deliver the Bluefield transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA from early analysis and design through configuration, testing, migration, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis and design phase of the SAP transformation
• Analyze existing ECC controlling processes and prepare them for the S/4HANA environment
• Deliver SAP CO configuration and solution design
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other SAP workstreams
• Support the design and implementation of the Bluefield transformation
• Participate in testing, migration, and implementation activities
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP CO functionality
• Support the project throughout subsequent implementation phases

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in SAP CO / Controlling
• Strong experience in SAP CO configuration
• At least 3–5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
• Practical experience with S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably Bluefield
• Strong understanding of controlling processes and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Experience working on complex, enterprise-scale SAP programmes
• Energy sector experience is highly desirable
• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week
• Flexibility for occasional business travel
• Fluent English
