Description

Join a long-term SAP S/4HANA transformation project as an SAP CO consultant. You will design the target controlling processes and cost/management accounting model for several companies in Central and Eastern Europe using a bluefield approach—covering configuration, documentation, integration analysis, and support for data migration and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current client controlling model
• Design target controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Configure and develop SAP CO solutions
• Support creation of the target cost and management model
• Run workshops with the controlling team and business representatives
• Analyze SAP CO integration with financial, procurement, sales, and production processes
• Collaborate with SAP FI, FI-AA, Treasury, RE-FX consultants and logistics/technical teams
• Prepare functional documentation
• Support testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live
• Contribute to the design for multiple client companies

Requirements

• Very strong knowledge of SAP CO and controlling processes
• Experience configuring SAP CO in SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of key CO areas: cost centers, internal orders, profit centers, cost calculation, profitability analysis
• Experience in SAP implementation or migration projects
• Good understanding of SAP CO integration with FI and logistics modules
• Ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into system solutions
• Very good Polish (mandatory)
• Communicative English
• Regular: ~5 years consulting experience; Senior: independently lead CO, design the solution from scratch, and make process/concept decisions
