Description

You’ll work in a cross-functional team delivering large strategic Salesforce projects and change requests. This role focuses on building custom solutions, integrations, and automation across the Salesforce ecosystem to support commercial, marketing, ops, and customer service teams, with an emphasis on operational excellence, system architecture, and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform automation (Flows)
• Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST, SOAP, and API integration patterns
• Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and process automations, applying declarative best practices for scalable architecture
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, unit testing, and quality assurance
• Apply change management using standard CI/CD pipelines with version control and deployment workflows
• Maintain technical documentation, system auditing evidence, and records of integrations/customizations
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and support junior team members/administrators

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
• Solid web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Bulk) and Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles)
• Strong unit testing and debugging skills; familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Provar)
• Experience with Salesforce CLI, version control (e.g., GitHub), and CI/CD tools
