Description

Configure SAP payment runs, bank statement automation, and Cash/Bank Management for a global automotive client across SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. You will configure automatic outgoing payments, automate import and posting of incoming bank statements for reconciliation, and support related integration and testing. You will coordinate with treasury, AP, AR, banks, and cross-system interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Configure automatic payment processes for outgoing bank files (house banks, payment methods, payment advice, and BCM where required)

• Configure bank file creation and routing to banks via H2H; support manual file creation when needed

• Enable import of bank statement types and ensure automatic posting to the correct GL accounts with maintenance of search strings

• Assess impact of new bank accounts and payment methods on vendor and customer payments

• Support S/4HANA Cash Management configuration, including exchange rates usage

• Support interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems

• Communicate with banks about SAP IT setup for new payment arrangements

• Troubleshoot functional issues in SAP Bank Management

• Run System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Work in an agile setup using Azure Boards and agile ceremonies

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP FI Banking and its integration with AP, AR, and GL

• Experience with Bank Management in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA

• Hands-on experience configuring automatic payment runs, bank statement import, and automatic posting

• Integration knowledge of SAP MM and SD

• English at C1 level
