Description

Join a team building high-performance, mission-critical data and trading platforms for global Financial Markets. You will design, build, and maintain Oracle-based ETL/ELT and data integration pipelines for transactional and near real-time systems, including automation, monitoring, and testing. You will own solutions end-to-end and collaborate with distributed teams in an Agile setup.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integration processes

• Develop robust Oracle-based data solutions powering transactional and near real-time systems

• Implement high-performance, secure, and scalable data processing pipelines

• Build automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks for data workflows

• Collaborate with global teams in an Agile setup, driving continuous improvement

• Own your solutions end-to-end: design → implementation → testing → production support

Requirements

• Strong Oracle/SQL expertise (5+ years), including advanced PL/SQL (stored procedures, packages, functions)

• Experience with triggers, views, materialized views, and Oracle performance tuning

• Understanding of transaction management, locking, and database optimization

• Experience building database-centric middleware / data integration layers

• Python and shell scripting (5+ years) for automation and data processing

• Experience designing data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, modelling, storage)

• Experience with near real-time or transactional systems

• Strong problem-solving and solution design skills

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps is a plus)

• Experience working in distributed, international teams

• Banking experience (5+ years), ideally Financial Markets

• Knowledge of exchange-listed products (Equities, Commodities)

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum
