Description

You will take full ownership of a mission-critical Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC) environment, scaling, securing, and optimizing high-performance Oracle data platforms for global operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-availability Oracle RAC clusters on ExaCC; configure Clusterware and IORM workload isolation; lead end-to-end cloud migrations from on-premises or OCI environments.

• Oversee full-lifecycle infrastructure administration, patching, and compute/storage scaling; apply deep architectural knowledge of Exadata internals such as CELLSRV and networking to ensure stability.

• Implement Oracle Data Guard architectures; configure automated RMAN/ZDLRA backup workflows; use AWR, ASH, and OEM diagnostics to fine-tune Smart Scan and Flash Cache.

• Build operational automation and deployment validation pipelines with Python and Ansible; customize OEM/OCI monitoring dashboards; trace end-to-end transaction latency via Dynatrace.

• Preferred: Support Oracle GoldenGate and HVR for real-time data synchronization between Oracle platforms and external warehouses such as Snowflake.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an Oracle Database Administrator/Engineer within large-scale enterprise environments.

• Hands-on expertise with Exadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC) and Oracle RAC.

• Strong automation capabilities using Python and Ansible.

• Eligibility to live and work in Europe.
