• Work mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in Warsaw)

• Rate: 1440–1600 PLN/MD

Description

You will design and develop a new claims and benefits handling platform built from scratch in a microservices architecture. The role includes defining the target architecture and actively supporting development teams to deliver the solution. You will also contribute to an AI- and automation-driven ecosystem using workflow and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture for a platform built from scratch

• Support engineering teams in implementing the solution

• Co-create a modern, data-driven claims and benefits ecosystem

• Contribute to AI-enabled automation and workflow-based processes

• Shape technology standards and influence strategic architectural decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT/System Architect

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Knowledge of event-driven architecture

• Strong backend skills in Java (with Spring Boot and Hibernate)

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Practical understanding of API governance

• Experience with Kafka-based event streaming

• Experience integrating systems

• Familiarity with workflow automation using Flowable

• Cloud experience, specifically Microsoft Azure
