Description

Join e-commerce projects supporting web and mobile functionality. You will gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain analytical diagrams. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, UX designers, and architects, using AI tools to support daily analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of functional features with medium complexity

• Collect, analyze, and document business/system requirements

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and analytical diagrams

• Analyze and document REST API and integration aspects

• Facilitate analytics workshops and work with stakeholders

• Collaborate with development, QA, UX, Product Owner, and architecture teams

• Use AI tools for analysis (e.g., documentation/code analysis) and for generating stories and diagrams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as System Analyst or Business-System Analyst

• Experience with web and mobile application projects

• Knowledge of BPMN and UML (sequence, activity, component, and use case diagrams)

• Practical knowledge of REST API, JSON, and Swagger/OpenAPI

• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Figma

• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience

• Ability to use AI tools in analysis (AI assistants and MCP)

• Ability to run workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Polish at least C1 and English at least B2
