Description

Join Guidewire transformation programs for insurance carriers across Europe by supporting business and technology teams delivering PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter, and Integration solutions. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into solution designs, collaborating with architects, developers, and testing teams. Work is mostly remote, with travel and occasional on-site client work across Europe required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in large-scale Guidewire transformation programs

• Support delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter, and Integration solutions

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Translate requirements into solution designs

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the project lifecycle

• Drive business process transformation and modernization in core insurance systems

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

• Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, or BillingCenter solutions

• Experience related to IT systems implementation (systems integration, data migration, digital solutions, AI, automation)

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Tester

• Strong communicator with fluency in English

• Digitally savvy with good time management; able to manage multiple commitments/projects

• Proactive relationship building with clients and colleagues

• Willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe (with travel)
