Description

Join a team developing innovative, AI-driven solutions for data and image analysis in retail and restaurant environments. You will design, implement, and continuously improve business intelligence systems powered by machine learning, including LLM/VLM-based applications. The role emphasizes production deployment, pipeline optimization, and ongoing model monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop applications based on LLMs and VLMs

• Optimize processing pipelines (logic and models) for speed and accuracy

• Monitor and maintain AI model solutions, including validation of production results

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, mathematics, or engineering

• 5+ years of commercial machine learning project development experience, including experimentation, production deployment, and maintenance

• 1+ year experience developing and maintaining production LLM-based systems (e.g., Ollama, OpenAI, Google AI)

• Knowledge of MLOps practices

• Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pydantic, LangChain, LangGraph), plus experience with Snowflake (Cortex), Langfuse, and SQL/NoSQL databases

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub

• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team
