Description

You will design, train, and optimize deep learning models—particularly for NLP and image recognition—to help clients get more value from their data. The work includes selecting appropriate ML algorithms, preparing large datasets (including with PySpark), improving model quality based on results, and integrating models into client systems such as data warehouses. You’ll also automate data processing and model training pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize deep learning models (NLP and image recognition)

• Select ML algorithms tailored to business needs

• Prepare and process large datasets for model training and evaluation (e.g., with PySpark)

• Assess model quality and improve models based on analysis of results

• Deploy models and integrate them with client systems, including data warehouses

• Automate data processing and model training workflows

• Work with the data architect, analysts, and the development team

• Document models, data, and experiment results

• Monitor new AI solutions and propose their use in projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Deep Learning Programmer, including at least 1 deep learning project

• Python experience from at least 1 project

• Experience processing and analyzing large datasets from at least 1 project

• Experience with NLP and image recognition from at least 1 project

• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)

• Knowledge of PySpark

• Knowledge of ML algorithms

• Strong self-organization and planning; goal-oriented work

• Interpersonal and communication skills
