Description

You will ensure dimensional quality of products by evaluating measurement results and identifying deviations and their causes. You will analyze data from incoming components and finished goods, propose and implement measures to improve quality and reduce nonconformities, and prepare analyses and reports. You will coordinate with production, quality, and project teams, maintain technical and quality documentation, and support escalation and customer presentations of findings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate dimensional quality of products and measurement results
• Analyze measurement data to find deviations and causes
• Propose, implement, and track actions to improve quality and reduce nonconformities
• Prepare clear analyses and reports to support problem identification and solutions
• Participate in measurement and inspection of dimensional accuracy
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and project teams to resolve technical and quality issues
• Create and maintain technical and quality documentation
• Escalate significant deviations or risks in a timely manner and coordinate solution efforts
• Attend customer meetings and present measurement results, analyses, and implemented measures
• Support preparation and execution of certifications and internal/product/customer audits
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of production and quality processes

Requirements

• Experience in a quality department
• Technical education
• Project experience in automotive
• Analytical and systematic thinking
• English or German language proficiency
