Description

Drive adoption of Enterprise Architecture principles and a Target Reference Architecture across a large, complex IT organization. Translate architecture and technology concepts into practical guidance for development and product teams, and run organization-wide engagement activities. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, and engineering/product leadership to evolve governance and technology standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adoption of Enterprise Architecture principles and Target Reference Architecture
• Translate complex architecture and technology concepts into concrete guidelines for engineering and product teams
• Create and drive communication and engagement activities across the organization
• Facilitate workshops, training programs, and roadshows
• Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Engineering Leads, and Product Leads
• Collect feedback from the organization and contribute to the continued development of the technology and governance framework
• Support implementation of new technical standards, governance models, and working methods

Requirements

• Experience with change management in technical or digital transformation programs
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and architecture governance
• Experience working closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, or technology leadership
• Understanding of technical debt, modern software development, platforms, and architecture principles
• Documented stakeholder management experience in complex organizations
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to build support and drive change among technical stakeholders
