Description

You will support and enhance production web/mobile applications by taking L3 tickets under defined SLAs, diagnosing issues via logs and test environments, and delivering workarounds and permanent fixes. Changes are implemented through GitLab merge requests with mandatory code review and automated quality gates (SAST, SonarQube, and image scanning), then handed over to QA for regression testing. You will also support release planning/rollback and perform problem management through root cause analysis for critical or recurring incidents.

Responsibilities

• Handle L3 ServiceNow tickets within SLA and provide resolutions or workarounds
• Diagnose issues using Splunk log analysis and code/integration review
• Implement permanent fixes in GitLab via Merge Request and code review
• Pass pipeline quality gates: SAST, SonarQube, and image scanning
• Prepare changes for CAB with risk assessment and rollback plan
• Perform Problem Management (root cause analysis and corrective actions)
• Support Major Incidents and Critical cases via the escalation path until services stabilize
• Support continuous software updates and regression fixes after version/dependency updates
• Update technical documentation and the ServiceNow Knowledge Base
• Provide evolutionary maintenance requests (estimated and approved separately) per technical standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial development and maintenance experience for production web applications
• Strong C# and ASP.NET (including legacy ASP.NET) on IIS/Windows Server
• Microsoft SQL Server with T-SQL and query analysis
• Git and GitLab Merge Request workflow; GitLab CI; basic Docker
• Dependency management with NuGet/Maven and ability to migrate outdated libraries/frameworks
• Log-based troubleshooting (Splunk or similar), secure coding practices, and OWASP Top 10 awareness
• English: Upper-Intermediate or above; Italian: Intermediate or above
