Description

Back-End Developer building and maintaining reliable application logic using C# and SQL. Investigate issues to find root causes across the full application flow (frontend, APIs, data, integrations, testing, deployment, and monitoring) and deliver improvements in small, reviewable pull requests. Emphasis on clean, maintainable solutions and effective collaboration focused on user outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back-end components: design, build, and improve application logic in C# with clarity, maintainability, and reliability
• Work with data and databases: write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data structures supporting application features and integrations
• Investigate and solve problems at their root by analyzing the full application flow instead of patching UI symptoms
• Deliver in focused increments by breaking work into small, well-scoped tasks and shipping reviewable changes
• Collaborate and communicate technical decisions and context clearly, with user outcomes as the success measure

Requirements

• Commercial back-end development experience with C#
• Strong SQL skills
• Solid programming fundamentals and experience with modern web development
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause investigation ability
• Ability to reason across frontend, APIs, data, integrations, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Dependable delivery through small, reviewable increments
• Preference for clear, maintainable solutions and effective communication over unnecessary complexity
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
