Description

Build a solution that connects security for software development environments with a smooth developer experience—enabling safe use of developer tools on dmTECH devices without limiting teams’ freedom to choose non-standard software. You will design data acquisition and integrations with endpoint device management sources for macOS/Windows and implement vulnerability ingestion, normalization, prioritization, and matching logic. You’ll also create automated notifications and coverage/remediation reporting, and maintain deployments with monitoring and data quality control.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in enabling a secure and seamless use of developer tools

• Design and build a data-collection layer with collectors and integrations to existing endpoint device management sources (macOS, Windows)

• Normalize software data (vendor name and version format standardization) for reliable comparisons

• Integrate vulnerability sources (NVD, OSV, vendor sources) and implement CVE matching logic

• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on realistic exploitability and reduce false positives

• Implement automated notifications, scheduling logic, and escalation rules as code

• Build reporting on device coverage, vulnerability removal time, and additional metrics for teams and decision-makers

• Maintain and improve the solution: deployments, monitoring, and data quality checks

• Support pilots with selected teams, measure success criteria, and scale gradually

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and the Developer Security team

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of backend or platform software engineering experience

• Experience delivering and maintaining production systems

• Practical knowledge of data pipelines, API integrations, and data modeling

• Ability to handle incomplete, inconsistent, or conflicting input data

• Experience with CI/CD, containers, infrastructure as code, and observability

• Ability and willingness to build from scratch and develop it long-term as a stable product

• Strong requirement refinement skills with engineering teams and stakeholders

• Polish (C1) and English (C1) proficiency in speech and writing
