Description

Build and maintain data-processing components and pipelines that ensure reliable data flows for risk management and regulatory compliance. Ensure solution quality and reliability using Java, Cucumber, and Apache Spark, with automated integration and end-to-end tests in a CI and TDD setup. Collaborate in a distributed Agile team and with Data Scientists to take AI/ML solutions into production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and reliability of solutions using Java, Cucumber, and Apache Spark

• Create and evolve automated tests, especially integration and end-to-end tests

• Develop and support data pipelines

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to move AI/ML analyses into production environments

• Participate in software delivery using Continuous Integration and Test Driven Development

• Work with the Agile team (engineers, Product Owner, IT Analyst)

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of commercial software development experience

• Excellent Java knowledge

• Experience with the Cucumber test framework

• Experience creating integration and end-to-end tests

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Test Driven Development (TDD)

• Experience with data processing and Big Data technologies

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• International distributed teamwork skills

• English proficiency at least C1

• Polish proficiency at least B2
