Description

You will enhance and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), focusing on the Sales module. The role covers the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and governance through implementation—while streamlining business processes. You will also resolve order-flow and transactional inconsistencies and produce training and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis and support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1)

• Participate in workshops, identify issues, propose solutions, and align with project managers on timelines

• Review and prioritize improvement suggestions; develop business cases and implement changes

• Analyze order flows, address issues, and resolve transactional inconsistencies

• Provide occasional third-level support and recommend long-term fixes

• Create high-quality documentation, including user training materials and design documentation

• Use modern E1 technologies such as Orchestrator and BI Publisher reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) in the Sales module

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and related workflows

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field

• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement

• C1 English level
