Description

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands. You will work hands-on with Marketing Cloud and CDP to create segmentation and customer journeys, execute and schedule campaigns, and support Interaction Studio implementations for up to three BMS brands. Collaborate with brands and markets to deliver timely campaign support.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Cloud and CDP initiatives

• Develop CDP segmentation and build customer journeys using Journey Builder

• Execute and schedule campaigns within the platform

• Support and build Interaction Studio implementations for up to 3 BMS brands

• Collaborate with brands and markets to deliver timely campaign support

• Contribute to a 24/7 campaign team support model across geographies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with email and web/online marketing

• Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio

• Proficiency in Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder (or similar)

• Knowledge of SQL for marketing data management

• Ability to code in HTML

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

• English proficiency at B2 or higher
