Description

Design, develop, and support infrastructure automation solutions for consistent, scalable, and secure cloud platform deployments. You will use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency, deployment reliability, platform governance, and service delivery across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain IaC solutions using Bicep, ARM Templates, Terraform, and related automation technologies
• Build automation workflows for infrastructure deployment, configuration management, and operational support
• Implement cloud deployment standards, naming conventions, and governance controls across Azure environments
• Automate provisioning, monitoring, reporting, and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Logic Apps
• Enable automated deployment and release processes through Azure DevOps and automation frameworks
• Maintain source-controlled infrastructure repositories and enforce deployment/configuration management standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve IaC deployment failures, automation issues, and platform configuration problems
• Evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with cloud, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams to implement secure and standardized platform solutions
• Document automation solutions, deployment procedures, architectural standards, and operational support processes
• Analyze deployment performance and operational metrics for continuous improvement
• Support cloud modernization initiatives, migration efforts, and engineering best-practice development

Requirements

• 7+ years of infrastructure, cloud engineering, automation, or platform engineering experience
• Expert experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure enterprise environments
• Knowledge of cloud networking, identity management, storage, monitoring, and platform services
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code methodologies and tools: Terraform, Bicep, Azure ARM Templates, and JSON-based deployment frameworks
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI scripting; experience with Azure Logic Apps and automation workflows
• Experience supporting Azure DevOps pipelines, deployment automation, source control, and release-management practices
• Experience implementing automated infrastructure deployment solutions with CI/CD integration
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and collaborative development
• Experience implementing infrastructure standards, cloud governance controls, and deployment best practices
• Understanding of operational resiliency, infrastructure security, and change management
• Experience troubleshooting deployment failures and performing root cause analysis across cloud environments
